We are united through trust as one welcoming team, and we are passionate about helping our colleagues and clients succeed.**What you’ll do** ------------------ * Drive a “Data First” culture with business and technology collaborators. * Lead all aspects of Medallion\-style environments on Databricks and Snowflake (Bronze/Silver/Gold). * Own key batch and streaming data pipelines, ensuring performance, reliability and cost efficiency. * Promote DataOps, data quality, observability, security and regulatory compliance. * Enable sophisticated analytics and AI/ML use cases across the region. * Lead and mentor data engineers and data architects in LATAM. **What makes this role different** ---------------------------------- You will own the data strategy for an entire region in a global firm.
