This role serves as a key partner in the site activation process, ensuring contractual activities are completed efficiently while identifying and mitigating legal, financial, and operational risks. The position requires strong negotiation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across multiple functions to support study start\-up objectives.** site contracting, clinical operations, legal support, or related functions within a pharmaceutical, biotechnology, CRO, or healthcare environment.**
