




A leading national company specializing in biotechnological solutions is seeking a Logistics Administrative Assistant to join its team in Lobos. Your main responsibilities will be: - Organize daily shipping logistics. - Coordinate with transporters and clients to confirm deliveries. - Track the status of shipments. - Anticipate potential issues and communicate them promptly. - Serve as the liaison with the commercial team. - Record information in the internal system. - Contribute to maintaining order, systematization, and process improvement. - Enhance customer experience during high-demand campaigns. Requirements: - Ideally 1 year of experience. - Proficiency in Excel. - Experience in administrative tasks. - Familiarity with administrative/management software. - Strong communication skills, proactivity, and organizational ability. - Advanced student or recent graduate in administrative fields (preferred).
