We are seeking a highly qualified professional to deliver the Executive PEP Program in ISO 9001 Quality Management, aimed at middle managers, supervisors, and professionals who need to understand, implement, and improve Quality Management Systems based on ISO 9001:2015. The course covers strategic design of the Quality Management System, process identification, risk-based approach, indicator management (KPIs), internal audits, and continual improvement—aligned with the program’s curriculum structure. Delivery Mode: 100% Remote Contract Type: Service Provision Contract **Requirements** * Degree in Industrial Engineering, Quality Engineering, Business Administration, Management Systems, or related fields. * Proven experience implementing ISO 9001:2015, conducting internal audits, or providing consultancy for management systems. * Proficiency in process identification and documentation. * Proficiency in analysis of risks and opportunities. * Indicator-based management (KPIs). * Tools for continual improvement. * Internal auditing per ISO 19011. * Ability to explain regulatory concepts and translate them into practical tools for real-world enterprises. * Teaching skills and teaching experience (desirable). **Responsibilities** * Deliver classes on strategic design, documentation structure, and deployment of a Quality Management System based on ISO 9001. * Explain tools for context analysis, stakeholder analysis, scope definition of the QMS, process mapping, and risk-based approach. * Teach formulation, monitoring, and analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess organizational performance. * Facilitate internal audit practices, evidence collection, nonconformity identification, corrective actions, and full-scale audit simulations. * Guide students in applying tools that foster a culture of quality, continual improvement, and risk-based thinking.
