




Job Description: At Penta Security Solutions, we are looking for **an IT Support Specialist** to join our technology team. **Key Responsibilities:** Technical support to users (on-site and remote). Server administration and maintenance. Resolution of hardware and software incidents. Installation, configuration, and maintenance of equipment. Basic network and operating system support. Documentation of procedures and solutions. **Requirements:** Experience in IT user support. Knowledge of servers (Windows and/or Linux). Knowledge of Windows operating systems. Strong user interaction skills and problem-solving ability. Proactivity and teamwork. Networking knowledge. Previous experience in technology or cybersecurity companies. Work Mode: Hybrid Working Hours: 9 AM to 6 PM
