Job Summary:
ADN Human Resources is seeking a Maintenance Manager to define policies, supervise plans, manage activities, and coordinate teams.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Define and plan maintenance policy
2. Manage corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance activities
3. Coordinate and supervise the design, construction, and installation of facilities
ADN Human Resources is currently seeking a Maintenance Manager.
Requirements:
- 1 to 3 years of experience in the relevant field (inclusive)
- Completed secondary education (mandatory)
- Intermediate English (mandatory).
Responsibilities:
1. Define and plan maintenance policy, aiming to improve the preventive model and establish rational operational maintenance methodologies.
2. Develop and supervise the maintenance plan and budget for assets under their responsibility.
3. Manage corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance activities.
4. Coordinate and supervise the design, construction, and installation of new facilities or machinery.
5. Evaluate and negotiate with suppliers.
6. Manage the work team to carry out activities, identify needs, provide resources, motivate teamwork, and promote a positive working environment.
7. Comply with organizational safety, biosafety, and environmental regulations.
8. Keep architectural and services blueprints up to date.
9. Keep sector performance indicators up to date.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM (with a 1-hour lunch break), and Saturdays, 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
