This role requires strong expertise in payroll processes across Latin America, with a particular focus on Argentina. WHAT YOU'LL DO The ideal candidate will ensure accurate and timely payroll administration while maintaining compliance with local regulations. Key Responsibilities: Manage end\-to\-end payroll process with focus in Argentina. Ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies. Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to resolve payroll discrepancies. Prepare and analyze payroll reports for internal stakeholders. Support audits and maintain accurate payroll records. WHAT YOU’LL BRING Proven experience in payroll management with deep knowledge of Argentinian payroll regulations. Intermediate or advanced level of english (spoken, read \& written) is required. Strong understanding of tax, social security, and labor laws in Argentina. Proficiency in payroll systems and MS Excel. Detail\-oriented with excellent analytical and problem\-solving skills.
