Your mission will be to diagnose and resolve technical incidents, ensuring an exceptional experience for every user. **Key Responsibilities:** * Diagnose and resolve technical issues on devices such as PCs, smartphones, tablets, Bluetooth speakers, thermostats, smart TVs, and more * Provide multi-channel support (phone, chat, email) with a focus on customer experience * Interact with remote diagnostic tools and support management systems * Document solutions and create technical content for the knowledge base * Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex cases and improve processes * Participate in training and continuous improvement initiatives **What we’re looking for:** * ✅ Advanced English (mandatory) * ✅ Completed secondary education (tertiary or university studies in progress preferred) * ✅ Experience in customer service and technical support (a plus) * ✅ Knowledge of PC, mobile device, and Smart Home technology support * ✅ Analytical ability, problem-solving skills, and excellent communication * ✅ Proficiency with computer tools, CRM, and technical support systems * ✅ **Availability to work 5 days per week, including weekends** **Work Schedule:** This role has **fixed shifts**, but the **workdays rotate every 3 or 4 months**.
