In Argentina, we have been operating for over 20 years and own 10 branches distributed across the country to ensure rapid response to our customers. **YOUR ROLE AT CLAAS** ------------------- At CLAAS, we are seeking a Spare Parts Analyst to join our team in Oncativo, Córdoba. Your primary responsibility will be to efficiently manage the national-level replenishment of CLAAS spare parts, ensuring timely availability of components at each branch. Main responsibilities and tasks: * Conduct comprehensive analysis of stock levels and composition at each branch * Manage maritime and air replenishment orders * Monitor and confirm orders placed by each branch * Provide technical support for tariff classification of parts to expedite air shipments * Align criteria with the Spare Parts Logistics Center manager * Review competitive pricing * Analyze part returns to Germany, scrap, and obsolescence * Assess sales potential (Parts Potential Analysis) * Actively participate in projects in coordination with headquarters * Conduct annual visits to all branches **REQUIREMENTS** -------------- * Graduate in Industrial Engineering, Systems Analyst, Bachelor's in Data Science, or related fields * Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar roles * Proven experience in warehouse management, replenishment, continuous improvement, and transitions, with focus on quality and/or customer satisfaction * Knowledge of data management and analysis tools * Full-time availability, before, during, and after the campaign season * Willingness to travel to CLAAS branches in Argentina and for training abroad * Intermediate English proficiency * Own transportation **BENEFITS** -------------- * Flexible work mode (1 day per week home office) * Private healthcare coverage for family * Performance-based variable bonus * On-site cafeteria We look forward to receiving your application. **Your contact person from the CLAAS Human Resources Team** Stefania Venencia CLAAS Argentina S.A.
