We are currently seeking a **Pharmaceutical Technical Director** for our operation in **Mendoza, Argentina**. **Purpose of the Role** To serve as the technical and legal representative before competent health authorities, ensuring the quality, safety, and regulatory compliance of medical gases throughout their entire lifecycle, and guaranteeing adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and current regulatory requirements. **Main Responsibilities** * Represent the company technically before health authorities. * Supervise quality control, production, storage, and distribution processes for medical gases. * Verify the quality of medical gases through established analyses and controls. * Ensure product traceability and proper documentation of processes. * Comply with and enforce Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and ANMAT guidelines. * Manage authorizations, registration renewals, and regulatory requirements. * Participate in internal and external audits related to quality and regulatory compliance. * Train personnel on applicable procedures and regulations. * Address quality-related complaints and follow up on corrective actions. **Requirements** * National **Pharmacist** degree with active registration in the Province of Mendoza (mandatory). * Prior experience is not required. * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office. * SAP knowledge (desirable). * Knowledge of regulations applicable to medicinal products and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) (desirable). **Position Conditions** * On-site work mode. * Work location: Mendoza Plant. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 07:00–16:00 hrs. * Replacement contract of approximately 1 month. **Competencies** * Integrity. * Customer orientation. * Results orientation. * Safety and excellence. * Responsibility and commitment. * Adaptability to change.
