Job Summary: Expedition Supervisor responsible for organizing and supervising bagging, storage, and dispatch processes, applying quality standards and proposing process improvements. WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU: Expedition Supervisor - Capdeville Plant, Mendoza Your role: Organize and supervise the bagged and bulk product bagging, storage, and dispatch processes, applying the company’s quality assurance system and proposing process improvements to ensure products reach customers within the established timeframe while preserving facility service life. Your key challenges will be: Lead and promote an H&S culture to guarantee the 'zero harm' objective and position your team as the company’s safety benchmark. Plan and implement production and maintenance programs in expedition to ensure volumes, productivity, and equipment availability. Execute truck loading plans according to quality standards, coordinating with operations and transport to meet customer service level requirements. Manage monthly fixed expedition costs to ensure budget compliance and avoid financial deviations. Ensure supply of necessary inputs and raw materials to guarantee operational continuity. Monitor and manage departmental KPIs, including service, technical, production notifications, and stock indicators. Ensure correct execution of operational and administrative processes to generate reliable information and mitigate business risks. Lead the development of direct reports through competency assessments and training plans to build autonomous teams. Workplace: Capdeville Plant, Mendoza (on-site) Essential Requirements: Graduates in Industrial Engineering or tertiary-level Technical Programs in Mechanical, Industrial, Electromechanical, Electrical, or related fields. Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles within companies of comparable scale. English proficiency – Intermediate. Microsoft Office proficiency – Advanced Intermediate.
