Position Summary: We are seeking an Operational Assistant for a leading logistics company, responsible for receiving, registering, sorting, routing, and tracking goods, as well as maintaining and organizing the warehouse. Proficiency in management systems and applications CETA Human Capital is supporting a leading logistics company in its search for an Operational Assistant in Las Heras, Mendoza. Main Responsibilities: Receiving goods. Inspecting physical condition and quantities received. Recording incoming goods in the system (e-Presis or Log In). Immediate reporting of discrepancies, shortages, or inconsistencies. Routing orders in the system according to assigned zones or circuits. Sorting orders according to their corresponding route. Verifying correct preparation prior to dispatch. Assisting with vehicle loading and using the corresponding App. Verifying consistency between prepared and dispatched items. Processing failed deliveries and applying the corresponding circuit. Updating operational statuses in the system. Tracking and tracing orders assigned to the fleet. Handling requests from Operations and Customer Service. Recording delivery-related incidents (diversions, issues, shortages, route or vehicle changes). Maintaining warehouse order and cleanliness. Organizing goods according to priorities, zones, or routes. Conducting simple inventories and cyclic controls. Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 04:00–12:00. Saturdays: 04:00–08:00. Offer: Salary under collective agreement. Requirements: Forklift/Clark truck operation skills preferred. Experience in operational/logistics tasks (desirable).
