Identification of funnel improvement opportunities and campaign alignment We are looking for a Growth Marketer to join our team, focused on identifying growth opportunities and turning them into concrete, high-impact actions. The position will play a key role both in MAIN’s institutional communication and in client projects, always within B2B environments. We seek a profile that combines strategic vision, analytical capability, and operational execution, with the ability to identify what drives results, define improvement hypotheses, test initiatives, and directly implement campaigns on platforms. Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and optimize paid media campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads. Define acquisition and lead generation strategies in B2B environments. Execute audience, messaging, and creative testing to improve performance. Analyze results and make data-driven decisions (CTR, CPA, conversion rate, CPL, among others). Identify funnel improvement opportunities—from ad exposure to conversion. Provide input and guidelines for the content calendar based on performance and objectives. Collaborate with internal teams to align campaigns, messaging, and commercial goals. Identify learnings and scalability opportunities from campaign insights. Requirements Minimum 1–2 years of prior experience in performance, growth, or paid media roles. Proven experience building and managing campaigns on: Meta Business Manager and Google Ads (Search and Display). Experience in lead generation, preferably in B2B environments. Strong metrics orientation, analytical mindset, and commitment to continuous optimization. Good judgment in building content calendars, messages, and creatives oriented toward conversion. Autonomous, solution-oriented, and results-driven profile. Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and departments. Full-time availability.
