Maintain ongoing interaction with suppliers This opportunity may interest you! · We are seeking a Branch Supervisor for Tucumán, responsible for leading and supervising branch operations to achieve objectives and quality, economic, and operational standards; managing and preparing budgets; and maintaining control dashboards. · Key responsibilities of the position: · Manage branch operations (both administratively and operationally). Plan and organize layout and distribution. Manage and forecast distribution requirements and vehicles to be contracted. Monitor material arrivals through system reports. Monitor branch objective achievement. Prepare daily distribution reports. Maintain continuous contact with suppliers. Respond to customer service inquiries in case of issues. Ensure achievement of distribution planning objectives and closure across all stages of packages assigned to the branch. Analyze and resolve the Branch Pending Issues Dashboard. Place orders for branch supplies. Monitor objective achievement and task completion by subordinate supervisors: Administrative, Scheduling, Dispatch, and Receiving. Prepare comprehensive reports for management. · Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and guidelines defined under the Management System. Participate in meetings and collaborate actively.
