




Position Summary: We are seeking a Branch Manager to lead and supervise the operations of a logistics branch, ensuring the achievement of objectives and quality standards. Key Highlights: 1. Handle budgets and control dashboards This opportunity may interest you! · We are looking for a Branch Manager for an important logistics company located in Santiago del Estero, who will be responsible for directing and supervising the branch to achieve objectives and quality, economic, and operational standards; managing and preparing budgets as well as control dashboards. · MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION: · Manage branch operations (covering all administrative and operational activities). Plan distribution layout. Manage and forecast distribution requirements and vehicles to be contracted. Monitor material arrivals through system reports. Supervise branch objective achievement. Prepare daily distribution reports. Maintain ongoing contact with suppliers. Respond to customer service inquiries regarding any issues. Be accountable for achieving distribution planning objectives and closing procedures for all parcels assigned to the branch. Analyze and resolve the branch's Pending Items Control Panel. Place orders for branch supplies. Supervise objective and task fulfillment by subordinate supervisors: Administrative, Scheduling, Dispatch, and Receiving. Prepare general reports for management. · Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and guidelines defined under the Management System · INTERACTION AND PARTICIPATION: · Participate in meetings.
