Worker Type: Permanent Position Overview: Responsible for coordinating and adjusting with various operational and administrative departments involved in the internal repair process. These activities will be based on the planned demand for exchange components and scheduled T\&M repairs, which will be channeled to the CRC. Finning, a strategic partner of CATERPILLAR and a leader in equipment and service distribution, is seeking top talent to fill the role of Service Planner, who will be responsible for quoting, planning, and tracking all necessary resources (spare parts, third parties, MO, etc.) required to execute services requested by external and internal customers. Key Responsibilities: * Create service orders using the corresponding standard job, based on notifications sent by internal customers or additional orders for already-initiated jobs. * Generate service quotations, meeting established targets. * Schedule activated jobs, indicating the committed service delivery date. * Track resource availability. * Manage OS status after release. * Monitor work progress and update daily/weekly/monthly scheduling. * Apply available PIPs and PSPs. * Participate in Service Excellence metrics and attributes; achieve annual objectives in categories set by CAT. * Generate reports to provide visibility into ongoing work and adherence to committed customer delivery dates. * Identify process improvement opportunities with interacting departments and develop action plans. Education and Experience: * Preferably with experience in the service business. . Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles within industry. * Student or graduate in Administration, Engineering, or related fields. . Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and management systems. . Willingness to work on-site in Catamarca under a 7x7 schedule.
