Role and Focus We are looking for a Senior Backend Developer (+6 years of experience) responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining critical backend services supporting our payment and collections platform. This role is essential to ensure reliable, scalable, and secure integrations with ERP systems—connecting real-time financial information with banking platforms and enterprise management systems. ???? Key Responsibilities * Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs that integrate the platform with ERPs and financial systems. * Implement integrations with ERPs such as Oracle and/or SAP (interfaces, services, batch processes, or events). * Build and maintain RESTful APIs for exchanging financial data (payments, collections, reconciliations, invoicing). * Ensure consistency, traceability, and quality of data exchanged between systems. * Develop and execute unit and integration tests to guarantee reliability and maintainability. * Collaborate with product, QA, and technical/functional stakeholders to define requirements and integrations. ???? Requirements * +6 years of backend development experience, regardless of programming language (Java, Node.js, .NET, Python, or others). * Solid experience integrating with ERPs — mandatory. * Experience working with Oracle ERP and/or SAP — highly desirable. * Strong experience designing and consuming REST APIs. * Experience with relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, etc.) — mandatory. * Familiarity with version control tools, CI/CD, and automation. Skills and Competencies * Analytical ability to understand financial and accounting processes. * Attention to detail and focus on data quality. * Strong communication skills with both technical and functional profiles. * Ability to work in agile and multidisciplinary environments.
