What will your responsibilities be? * Conduct technical and functional analysis of requirements, design the solution, and implement/develop the conversational assistant to meet client needs. * Ensure alignment of the solution with market trends, incorporating best practices, technologies, and innovative approaches. * Lead, promote, and oversee team knowledge and development of required capabilities. * Present and articulate arguments validating proposed conclusions/solutions/models to both the team and the client. * Participate in project planning and estimation processes. What do we need from you? * Advanced knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, and their main applications in conversational solutions, such as RAG or agent frameworks. * Demonstrable experience in conversational assistants. * Prompt engineering: experience in designing and refining prompts, using techniques such as Few-shot, chain-of-thought, etc., and best practices. * Basic knowledge of KPIs for evaluating solutions. * Key programming languages for this type of solution, such as NodeJS or Python, preferably with experience in TypeScript. * Experience using Cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure. * Basic knowledge of databases, both SQL and NoSQL.
