With operations across five continents, Prosegur currently has a team of over 160,000 employees We are looking for a **Construction Supervisor** specialized in fire suppression/detection systems to join the operational management team of the **Security** business unit. **Main objective of the position:** You will be responsible for supervising and managing fire protection system installation projects from planning through commissioning, ensuring compliance with technical and safety standards (NFPA / IRAM), guaranteeing work quality, and acting as the direct liaison between the company, contractors, and the client. **Your main challenges will be:** Supervise on-site execution of fire protection system installations in suppression areas (pumps, sprinklers, hydrants) and/or detection (alarm systems, low voltage circuits, control panels). Monitor construction progress, schedules, and histograms, ensuring timely delivery. Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal technical departments (engineering, civil, electrical, HVAC). Verify receipt, storage, and use of certified materials, as well as proper use of installation tools and equipment. Review technical drawings, data sheets, certifications, and hydraulic tests. Act as the primary point of contact with the client during progress meetings, certifications, and commissioning. Ensure compliance with NFPA, IRAM, occupational safety, and hygiene regulations on site. Participate in testing, inspections, and system commissioning. Regularly report project status and identify deviations. .**Required skills and qualifications:** Education: Mechanical, Electromechanical, Electrical Technician or related field. (Engineering degree desirable). Proven experience in fire protection projects (minimum 3\-5 years), preferably in suppression or detection systems. Knowledge and familiarity with applicable NFPA (pumps, sprinklers, hydrants, detection) and IRAM standards. Experience reading and interpreting technical drawings (AutoCAD). Advanced Excel skills and experience with planning tools (MS Project or Primavera – not mandatory). Knowledge of PICP, civil construction regulations, and occupational health and safety standards. Desirable experience programming detection systems (e.g.: Notifier/NotiFire). Willingness to travel and cover occasional on-call shifts. **Employment type:** Hybrid model, Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:00.
