Job Summary: We are seeking a Junior Web Designer with a focus on WordPress for Onseis, a branding and web design studio, to handle the design and implementation of websites and branding systems. We combine strategy, design, and digital experience to create clear, consistent, and internationally oriented identities. We primarily work with clients from the U.S. and Latin America on projects ranging from full branding to advanced websites and digital experiences. **Application** Applications must be sent **by email only**. **Quick applications via platform will not be considered**. **It is essential to include a portfolio or links to developed websites** to evaluate experience and project types. **What We’re Looking For** We seek a **Junior Web Designer with a focus on WordPress**, highly motivated to learn but also ready to take ownership of real projects. This is a **full-time, hybrid role** (in-person in CABA \+ remote). **Responsibilities** * Designing and building websites in **WordPress** using page builders. * Implementing web designs and branding systems **created by the team**. * Converting graphic designs into **functional, well-structured web interfaces**. * Creating **responsive layouts** for desktop and mobile. * Developing websites using **dynamic content**. * Creating and managing **Custom Post Types, Custom Fields, and content structures**. * Implementing **dynamic templates** for various content types. * Making design, content, and functionality adjustments to existing websites. * Optimizing visual structure, typography, and layouts to maintain brand consistency. * Participating in reviews with the team and clients (feedback, adjustments, improvements). * Collaborating under tight deadlines and shifting priorities. **Requirements** * Experience working with **WordPress**. * Experience using **visual page builders** (ideally **Bricks Builder**; **Divi** or **Elementor** also valued). * Knowledge of **HTML, CSS, and JavaScript** for customization and adjustments. * Experience working with **Custom Post Types and Custom Fields**. * Understanding of **dynamic content**. * Ability to **interpret and implement branding and visual systems on the web**. * A **strong portfolio of web projects** (highly important). * Professional English proficiency for reading, writing, and participating in client meetings. * Residence in **Buenos Aires City or surrounding areas**. **Bonus Skills** * Prior experience at web design studios or agencies. * Experience with **WooCommerce**. * Knowledge of **UX/UI**. * Knowledge of **web performance and optimization**. * Experience with **web animations or interactions**. * Strong organization and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. **Employment Type** Monotributo **What We Offer** * Payment in **USD, commensurate with profile and growth**. * **Flexible working hours**. * Opportunity to participate in **international projects**. * Direct learning through **close collaboration with the studio directors** on strategy, branding, and web development. * Space to propose ideas, experiment, and see them implemented in real production. * A work culture that values both judgment and precision: **good design, good processes, and good communication**.
