UI/UX Designer – Web Project Leader

Job Summary: We are seeking a UI/UX Designer to lead web projects, interact with clients, and coordinate teams—blending interface design with digital project management. Key Highlights: 1. Client interaction and team coordination We seek a UI/UX Designer with experience in web projects who can also lead projects, interact with clients, and coordinate teams. This is a hybrid role combining interface design + digital project management. Your Responsibilities: • Design web interfaces and user flows in Figma (wireframes, prototypes, UI kits). • Lead end-to-end web projects: scope definition, roadmap planning, progress tracking, and visual QA. • Serve as the liaison with clients and translate their needs into clear requirements. • Coordinate internal teams and external vendors (development, UX/UI, content, SEO). • Prepare budgets and analyze quotations. • Produce development-ready documentation. • Analyze usage metrics and performance data to improve digital products. Requirements Design • Advanced proficiency in Figma • Experience with responsive web interfaces and UX • Experience working on WordPress / WooCommerce projects and development using , React, Laravel or PHP (coding not required) Management • Experience leading web projects • Experience working directly with clients • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams • Experience in budgeting and cost analysis Tools Figma · FigJam · Notion · Google Workspace · handoff tools (Figma Dev Mode / Zeplin or similar) Nice-to-Have • Knowledge of Google Analytics (GA 4) • Behavioral analytics tools (Hotjar, Clarity) • Basic SEO knowledge • Intermediate English • Residency in Greater Buenos Aires Northern Zone (Zona Norte GBA) Work Modality Full-time, part-time, or project-based. Hybrid modality: remote work + office in Martínez ( 1 day per week). Compensation based on experience.
