Job Summary: We are seeking a Junior Web Designer focused on WordPress to join a branding and web design studio working with premium brands, developing and optimizing websites. Key Highlights: 1. This is a **full-time, hybrid role** (in-person in CABA + remote). **Responsibilities** * Design and build websites on **WordPress** using page builders. * Implement web designs and **branding systems created by the team**. * Transform graphic designs into **functional, well-structured web interfaces**. * Develop **responsive layouts** for desktop and mobile. * Build websites using **dynamic content**. * Create and manage **Custom Post Types, Custom Fields, and content structures**. * Implement **dynamic templates** for different content types. * Make design, content, and functionality adjustments to existing websites. * Optimize visual structure, typography, and layouts to maintain brand consistency. * Participate in reviews with the team and clients (feedback, adjustments, improvements). * Collaborate under tight deadlines and shifting priorities. **Requirements** * Experience working with **WordPress**. * Experience using **visual page builders** (ideally **Bricks Builder**; **Divi or Elementor** also valued). * Knowledge of **HTML, CSS, and JavaScript** for customization and fine-tuning. * Experience working with **Custom Post Types and Custom Fields**. * Understanding of **dynamic content**. * Ability to **interpret and implement branding and visual systems on the web**. * A **strong portfolio of web projects** (highly important). * Professional English proficiency for reading, writing, and participating in client meetings. * Residency in **Buenos Aires City or surrounding areas**. **Nice-to-Have** * Prior experience at web design studios or agencies. * Experience with **WooCommerce**. * Knowledge of **UX/UI**. * Knowledge of **web performance and optimization**. * Experience with **web animations or interactions**. * Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. **Employment Type** Monotributo **What We Offer** * Payment in **USD, commensurate with profile and growth**. * **Flexible working hours**. * Opportunity to participate in **international projects**. * Direct learning through **collaboration alongside studio directors** in strategy, branding, and web. * Space to propose, experiment, and see your ideas reach real production. * A work culture where both judgment and precision matter: **good design, good processes, and good communication**.
