




* Ensure analytical control of the product at different stages: wine receipt, classification, and bottling of finished products. * Ensure result consistency to guarantee release of finished products in compliance with defined standards for safety, quality, legality, and authenticity. * Execute the Basic Control Schemes established for the Laboratory. * Report analytical results that fall outside standard specifications. * Guarantee analytical reliability. Adhere to the schedule for analytical reliability sample testing. * Manage interlaboratory test results. * Ensure proper management of laboratory materials and supplies, as well as management of associated environmental impacts. * Execute the internal calibration plan and cleaning of equipment used in laboratory analyses. * Conduct release inspections for production line startup.
