The candidate will be responsible for supporting collections processes, data management, and financial analysis—overseeing retail customer collections for the bank and designing tailored strategies for each segment across various customer communication channels. This role combines **financial knowledge**, **analytical skills**, and **proficiency in digital tools**, especially **Excel and SQL**, within a dynamic, agile, and metrics-driven environment. **Work Modality** **Schedule**: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM **Work Location**: Retiro, CABA **Work Arrangement**: 3 days on-site / 2 days remote (HO) **Key Responsibilities** * Execute daily, weekly, and monthly collections processes, ensuring effective portfolio tracking. * Manage and update customer information, billing, payments, and debt status in internal systems. * Generate collections, aging, performance, and key KPI reports using **advanced Excel** and **SQL queries**. * Analyze transaction, recovery, and payment behavior data to generate actionable insights. * Support automation and continuous improvement of collections and reporting processes. * Interact with customers or internal departments to resolve incidents, inconsistencies, and manage payment agreements. * Identify risks, deviations, and optimization opportunities in digital collections workflows. **Mandatory Requirements** * Advanced undergraduate students or recent graduates in **Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Industrial Engineering**, or related fields. * Prior experience of at least one year in roles related to: * Collections, operational finance, or revenue operations. * Data analysis or financial reporting (preferred). * Operations or administration in digital companies. * **Intermediate SQL**: ability to write basic/intermediate queries, join tables, filter data, and generate datasets. * **Advanced Excel**: pivot tables, complex formulas (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, nested IF), data cleaning, charts. * Familiarity with financial management tools, CRMs, ERPs, or payment platforms (preferred). * Proficiency in Google Sheets, dashboards, or BI tools (Looker/Power BI/Tableau). **Skills:** Banking, Continuous Improvement, Continuous Process Improvement, Finance, Financial Analysis, Financial Modeling in Excel, Microsoft Excel, Retail portfolio risk management, Structured Query Language (SQL)
