Job Description: Are you excited about building real software, integrating AI into your development workflow, and having real ownership over architecture, data, and quality? We’re seeking a **Semi-Senior/Senior Full-Stack** developer to join a product team tackling real technical challenges. *What You’ll Do* * Write specs and design docs before implementation. * Orchestrate AI agents (Claude Code, Copilot, Cursor) across the entire development lifecycle. * Design and maintain schemas and queries in MS-SQL, PostgreSQL, and DynamoDB. * Define and improve architecture, REST APIs, and context boundaries. * Build and integrate RAG pipelines, vector stores, and features with LLMs. * Detect failures that AI misses: logical drift, hallucinated dependencies, security issues. *Requirements* * Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar roles. * Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (mandatory). * Proficiency in C\# (primary) and TypeScript. * Experience with SQL and NoSQL (MS-SQL, PostgreSQL, DynamoDB). * Practical and intentional use of AI tools (Claude Code, Copilot, Cursor). * Experience with AWS. * Track record of documenting before coding: specs, ADRs, RFCs, post-mortems. * Git, Node.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS. *Work Mode* * Full-time * Remote (Argentina only) * Must reside in Buenos Aires, Mendoza, or Córdoba (mandatory) *Why This Role?* You’ll work with modern technologies, challenging architecture, and AI-powered features in an environment where your technical judgment has real impact.
