We are seeking a Development Analyst to join our Human Capital team. The position’s primary objective is to manage Performance and Development processes, actively participating in their execution, analysis, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: End-to-end management of the performance evaluation process. Organization and coordination of evaluations. Active participation in calibration processes. Assessment and analysis of Senior and High-Potential populations. Development of individual development paths, reports, and metrics. Support in meetings with partners and functional leads. Participation in the design and monitoring of career development plans. Identification of development opportunities. Collaboration on Talent area projects and initiatives. Occasional participation in organizational culture initiatives. Requirements: Advanced students or graduates in Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields. Minimum 3 years of experience in Development, Talent, or Performance roles. Experience in at least one full performance evaluation cycle. Experience in calibration processes and report generation. Advanced Excel (mandatory). Intermediate English. Autonomous, organized, analytical profile with professional judgment and confidentiality. Benefits: Hybrid work model (3 days in office / 2 remote).
