Your design work is already smart and compelling, but you are as keen to learn as you are to contribute in the team. **Your basic skills** * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Confidence to work independently or in a group * An understanding of creative design and layout * Strong skills with design software such as InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator * The ability to build creative and unique ideas * The confidence to communicate your ideas and sell them to peers and clients * The flexibility to adapt your ideas to suit client expectations * The willingness to work to tight deadlines in high pressured environments without compromising on work quality * An awareness of digital media and evolving online platforms * An innovative approach to the ways in which advertising is executed * A track record of inventive and compelling design work * 1\-2\+ years of relevant experience **Typical activities** The specific details of an Art Direction Analyst’s role do vary, but common activities include: * Generating original visual executions that are both exciting and creatively attractive * Delivering work of the highest quality after working with team members to develop new ideas * Working with the art director and account managers to establish appropriate creative directions * Staying abreast of new media formats and learning how to incorporate them into campaigns * Working with senior designers and art directors to establish new skills and insights * Brainstorming campaign ideas with colleagues * Familiarizing yourself with the campaign and target audience, * Collaborating with our Creative team to make the work great * Interacting with internal marketing clients and other members of the team * Maintaining high standards and ensuring only the best work is released to the client Please note, in order to consider your application, we do require a portfolio of your relevant work * Bachelor's degree or ongoing studies in **Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, Advertising, Art Direction, Digital Design** or related fields. * Advanced proficiency in **Adobe Creative Suite**, especially **InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator**. * Experience creating **digital and print marketing materials**, presentations, social media assets and campaign collateral. * Strong understanding of **typography, composition, layout, color theory and visual hierarchy**. * Experience working with **brand guidelines** and ensuring brand consistency across deliverables. * Knowledge of **UI/UX design principles** is a plus. * Familiarity with **motion graphics** and tools such as **After Effects** is desirable. * Experience with **Figma, Sketch or Adobe XD** is considered a plus. * Knowledge of **Generative AI design tools** (Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, DALL·E, ChatGPT for creative workflows, etc.) is a plus. * Portfolio demonstrating strong conceptual thinking and creative execution across multiple channels.
