Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and analytical E-commerce Logistics Operator to manage end-to-end warehouse operations, inventory, order preparation, dispatch, and reverse logistics. Key Responsibilities: 1. End-to-end e-commerce logistics and warehouse management 2. Inventory monitoring and order preparation 3. Reverse logistics and order traceability Riiing Technology is looking to hire personnel for the position: E-commerce Logistics Operator ) Full-time Key responsibilities include: Receiving and Warehousing: Unloading, quality control, and placement of goods in the warehouse using specialized software. Inventory Management: Continuous monitoring of stock levels and performing cyclic inventories to prevent shortages or overstock. Order Preparation (Picking and Packing): Retrieving products from the warehouse, verifying data, and securely packing items for shipment. Labeling and Dispatch: Printing and affixing shipping labels, and coordinating with carriers for pickup. Reverse Logistics (Returns): Receiving returned products, inspecting their condition, and refurbishing them for restocking. Traceability: Updating the system to ensure customers can track their orders in real time. Requirements: Age: 25–35 years Work Mode: On-site Advanced students or graduates in Business Administration or Logistics. Minimum 2 years’ experience in e-commerce retail. Advanced Excel skills.
