You will play a key role in developing and evolving our field operations mobile app, designed to operate in real-world conditions: no connectivity, low battery, mid-to-low-end devices. Your focus will be ensuring a solid, efficient, and reliable experience, built on an offline-first architecture, bidirectional synchronization, and real-time geolocation. Responsibilities Develop and maintain mobile applications using React Native (iOS and Android). Integrate APIs while ensuring functionality in offline environments. Implement bidirectional synchronization with conflict resolution handling. Optimize performance on low-resource devices (memory, battery). Manage app publishing on the App Store and Google Play Store. Ensure quality through testing on physical devices. Requirements ️ Technical Skills Proven experience with React Native (Mandatory). Proficiency in TypeScript, hooks, and navigation. Experience with offline storage (AsyncStorage). **Mobile database expertise:** SQLite, Realm, or WatermelonDB. Experience with offline-first architectures and bidirectional sync (conflict resolution, queue-based sync, CouchDB/PouchDB patterns). API consumption with retry/backoff strategies and background sync. Implementation of push notifications (FCM/APNs) and deep linking. Experience with mobile CI/CD (AppCenter, CodePush). Performance optimization on low-end devices. Mobile testing (Detox, Appium, and/or physical devices). What We Value Experience in field operations or mobile workforce applications.
