**Senior Functional Analyst – for Systems Integration & Salesforce CRM Project** **Location:** Hybrid – Vicente Lopez, Buenos Aires **Contract Type:** Full-time **Role Summary** We are seeking a **Senior Functional Analyst** to lead the elicitation, definition, and tracking of requirements for two key company initiatives: * **Implementation of an integration system for information capture:** Primarily for extracting billing information, including development of new functionalities in the current system, and defining and documenting both backend and frontend requirements. * **Definition and prioritization of CRM Salesforce requirements**, working closely with business areas to identify, document, and refine requirements. The role involves direct interaction with business users and technical teams, authoring **user stories** in JIRA, leading refinement sessions, and collaborating on initiative prioritization when required. **Key Responsibilities** * Elicit and document business processes for involved areas (primarily Marketing). * Analyze and specify functional requirements for new or existing functionalities. * Collaborate with commercial and marketing teams to identify and document CRM Salesforce requirements. * Author user stories and acceptance criteria in JIRA, ensuring clarity and traceability. * Lead refinement meetings with business stakeholders and facilitate communication between business SMEs and the technical team. * Collaborate on **demand prioritization** and backlog management, attending relevant ceremonies as needed. * Validate functional deliverables and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT). * Ensure developments meet business needs. * Proactively identify risks, blockers, or improvement opportunities without constant supervision. * Maintain proactive communication regarding progress, impediments, and next steps. **Requirements** **Education:** * University degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related fields (preferred). **Experience:** * Minimum 4–5 years as a Functional Analyst in IT projects. * Experience with ERP system integrations. * Experience in Salesforce projects (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or other modules). * Experience writing user stories and managing backlogs in JIRA (Agile methodology). * Experience in IT projects focused on frontend and user experience. **Knowledge and Skills:** * Process modeling (BPMN, flowcharts). * Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and facilitation of ceremonies. * Clear and effective communication with both technical and business stakeholders. * Analytical ability, prioritization, and problem-solving skills. **Key Competencies** * **Proactivity and autonomy:** Able to anticipate problems, identify improvement opportunities, and manage work independently without constant supervision.
