We are looking for a Senior Procurement Analyst to lead strategic procurement, negotiation, and supplier management processes within KADUR, a leading e-commerce company in the sports industry. Your main responsibilities: End-to-end management of domestic procurement processes: analysis, negotiation, purchase order activation, and follow-up. Development of strategic relationships with suppliers, ensuring quality, competitive pricing, and on-time delivery. Analysis of profitability, market conditions, and trends to make informed decisions and enhance business competitiveness. Stock level monitoring, anticipation of requirements, and prevention of stockouts. Coordination of accessories, supplies, and materials for various internal departments. Preparation of key reports on sales, stock, supplier performance, and departmental metrics. Support for international procurement processes and participation in departmental planning. Maintenance of up-to-date information in management systems and tools. Profile we would like to add: More than 5 years of experience in domestic procurement (international procurement experience is desirable). Excellent negotiation, analytical, and supplier management skills. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; macros knowledge is ideal. Ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously. Experience in e-commerce (highly valued but not mandatory). Proactive, organized, analytical, and results-oriented profile. Work mode and conditions: Hybrid work mode: 4 days onsite / 1 day remote. Working hours: Monday to Friday (8:00–16:00 or 9:00–17:00). Work location: Monte Castro. Competitive compensation package, with a combined payment structure aligned with current market practices.
