Your primary mission will be to manage strategic projects involving multiple business areas, ensuring scope, timeline, and budget compliance, and promoting effective coordination among teams. Your core responsibilities will include: Planning, maintaining, and communicating the comprehensive project plan (schedule, milestones, budget, and resources), and monitoring and controlling variances. Identifying, analyzing, and mitigating risks, managing critical dependencies—both internal and external. Facilitating operational coordination among Scrum Teams, Product Owners, and support departments, aligning non-technical departments’ timelines with development sprints. Consolidating progress, risk, and budget information, and preparing clear reports for Management, sponsors, and key stakeholders. Collaborating closely with the Product Lead to ensure proper integration of project requirements. Leading closure activities, final validation, and verification of metric (KPI) compliance. Requirements: We seek candidates with: A degree in Engineering (Industrial, Systems or Computer Science), Business Administration, Accounting, Systems, or related fields. Proven experience in project management. (Mandatory) Solid proficiency in project management and tracking tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project or similar). (Mandatory) Proficiency in Agile methodologies and hybrid frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall. (Desirable) PMP, Scrum Master, or similar certifications.
