End-to-end operations and process management At Criterium, we are seeking an Operations Manager with E\-commerce experience — MANDATORY. Work modality: Hybrid Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM; Saturdays: half-day remote; Passive on-call duties. In-office days: 2 Employment type: Permanent employment relationship Job description: Supervises 4 people. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: \-KPIs: Development and monitoring of key company performance indicators. \-Process management: Managing and organizing all company processes, identifying failures and improvement opportunities. Create manuals, document processes \-Reconciliations and payments: Control and validation of income, expenses, and payments. \-Shipping and logistics: Supervise dispatches and deliveries, ensuring proper operation. \-Sales validation: Review documentation and operational conditions related to sales. \-Fraud prevention: Monitor transactions and validate sales. REQUIREMENTS \-Gender: Unrestricted \-Age range: 30 to 45 years \- Prior experience in service companies, preferably in the financial sector or SMEs – \+5 years in similar roles (Operations, Retail, E-commerce, or Logistics) – Experience leading teams – Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and/or CRM systems – Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets Work location: Hybrid, Béccar, Buenos Aires
