If you share our purpose, keep reading because… This is your place! **About the Role** As an **Operational Excellence Coordinator**, your role will be to collaborate and drive progress toward achieving this mission and goals in the markets of Argentina and Uruguay, ensuring the best possible service and experience for Cabify drivers while seeking their long-term loyalty to the app. This position is part of the Operational Excellence (OEX) team, which belongs to the Customer Operations (COPS) area. Within COPS, the OEX and Customer Support teams are responsible for upholding the service standards that distinguish Cabify. The COPS area is perhaps the most cross-functional department at Cabify, requiring collaboration across all departments, guaranteeing significant learning, challenges, and fun. **How will you help us fulfill our mission?** * Serve as the main reference within the OEX team for drivers and lead this team. * Implement and monitor the defined value proposition for drivers, focusing on ensuring a safe, reliable, and superior service through the optimization and control of efficient, reliable, and waste-free processes, with the ability to transform them. * Identify improvement opportunities across different stages of our passengers' and customers' customer journey: from initial registration as new users, throughout their trip experiences, and post-trip. * Understand key friction points in each process and establish improvement proposals, always based on value analysis to support decision-making. * Lead improvement projects for the area, continuously searching for effective, scalable, and efficient solutions. * Collaborate with support teams to ensure the highest service quality. * Optimize critical processes and conduct joint analyses with local and global teams, focusing on task automation and development of new and improved app features. * Align definitions and proposals from global teams to achieve the most efficient possible local implementation. **What are we looking for?** * A professional in Engineering or related field with at least 3 years of experience in process optimization, continuous improvement, or similar roles within technology companies. **At least 1 year of experience managing analytical-focused teams.** * Proactive, autonomous individuals eager to drive change. * Advanced proficiency in **Excel / Google Sheets**. * Knowledge of **BI tools** (Tableau, Power BI) and **generative AI** is a plus and highly valued. * Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and engage effectively with various stakeholders, maintaining a well-organized, goal-oriented work agenda. * Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders, escalate issues, provide visibility into initiatives, and validate action plans. **What do we offer?** We are a team full of happy and motivated people.
