We are currently seeking a Collections Operator for our Contact Center Department. The ideal candidate must be honest, empathetic, solution-oriented, capable of teamwork, and possess strong effective communication and active listening skills. **Key Responsibilities:** Make outbound calls to delinquent customers according to the client database. Handle inbound calls from delinquent customers. Resolve administrative, billing, and delinquency-related inquiries. Address and resolve complaints and claims. Collaborate in resolving conflicts arising from job duties. Update subscriber service data as required. Record all information gathered during interactions into the relevant systems. **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM (part-time). Requirements Completed secondary education (Mandatory). Minimum 1 year of experience in collections and delinquency recovery (Mandatory). Full Microsoft Office Suite (Intermediate – Desirable). Internet proficiency (Intermediate – Non-mandatory). QAD management system (Desirable – Non-mandatory). Odoo CRM management system (Desirable). Google Ads (Non-mandatory).
