You will serve as the strategic partner to ensure the financial health and operational efficiency of our corporate structures in the country. * Planning and P\&L: Lead the Country Common Staff budget cycle and monitor operational expenses (OPEX/CAPEX). * Consolidation and Reporting: Consolidate and standardize financial information across divisions to generate country-level reports. * Business Partnering: Collaborate closely with functional directors to track their budgets and forecasts. * Closings and Processes: Execute monthly closings and lead process improvement and internal control initiatives. What We’re Looking For * Graduates in Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Experience in Management Control, FP\&A, or auditing. * Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and SAP. * Advanced English level (C1/C2\). * Strong analytical skills and ability to propose innovative solutions.
