Because the challenges you’ll take on reflect your ambitions! **Responsibilities and Authorities** We seek to hire an **SAP Support Analyst** to join our team and provide support for corporate applications, supporting operations and resolving incidents related to the SAP ecosystem. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Provide functional and operational support for corporate applications. * Analyze and resolve user incidents and requests. * Track tickets and ensure their proper resolution. * Identify recurring issues and collaborate on finding solutions. * Interact with various IT teams and business units. * Document procedures, solutions, and relevant knowledge. * Participate in application improvement and optimization initiatives. ### **Mandatory Requirements** * Knowledge of **SAP**. * General knowledge of **IT**. * Analytical and problem-solving skills. * Strong communication skills and user orientation. ### **Preferred Qualifications** * Prior experience in corporate application support. * Experience working with SAP systems in production environments. * Knowledge of incident and ticket management methodologies. * Experience in mid-to-large-sized enterprises. * Technical English. **Requirements and Qualifications** Are you looking for a place where your ideas shine?
