Your mission will be to oversee that maintenance processes for vehicles are executed according to established parameters, thereby guaranteeing fleet availability through defined operational safety standards and compliance with norms and procedures outlined in the Maintenance Plan. Key responsibilities include: Supervising fleet operations at company workshops; conducting periodic inspections across all workshops to verify adherence to preventive maintenance plans. Assessing workshop staffing levels and capacity based on complexity and volume, and providing recommendations. Evaluating facilities, layout, and workflow within the premises to ensure proper execution of required work. Generating performance reports for Fleet Managers and team leaders, recommending rotations. Diagnosing the technical capability of managers, team leaders, and technicians; intervening in operations with specialized teams to stabilize performance. Requirements KNOWLEDGE Extensive knowledge and experience in preventive and corrective maintenance for heavy-duty vehicles. Technical degree or Engineering student (or related field). (Not mandatory) Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. EXPERIENCE Extensive knowledge and experience in preventive and corrective maintenance for heavy-duty vehicles. Prior Experience: 2 years in leadership positions within Technical Services. SKILLS: Analytical ability to prepare requested reports and analyses. Analytical ability for budgetary control (identification of deviations, calculation of quantity variances). Skills for communication and cross-departmental interaction.
