As part of our growth, you will lead the comprehensive management of PAMI Agreements, assuming a key role in team coordination and departmental operations.
We value a candidate with proven experience managing teams within the healthcare system, capable of making decisions, optimizing processes, and handling complex situations involving multiple stakeholders.
This position is not purely operational: it focuses on planning, supervision, and continuous improvement of the agreement workflow, as well as coordination and supervision of team tasks. If your experience is exclusively administrative or does not include direct team management, this role does not match your profile.
Responsibilities:
Coordination and supervision of the PAMI Agreement Management team
Organization, assignment, and tracking of tasks
Monitoring compliance with deadlines and administrative workflows
Management of complex claims with physicians, institutions, and auditors
Analysis of management indicators (KPIs)
Preparation of monthly reports for Management
Identification and implementation of process improvements
Mandatory Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience leading teams (not individual tasks) in: PAMI Agreements or Medical Services / Health Funders
Concrete experience managing people (task organization, follow-up, and evaluation)
Ability to handle complex situations involving multiple healthcare system stakeholders
Experience analyzing indicators and generating reports
Intermediate/advanced Excel proficiency
Tertiary or university education (Administration, Health, or related fields)
Full-time in-office availability at Floresta offices + passive on-call duty one weekend per month
