This role is part of the Facilities Management functional area, which focuses on all operational aspects of a set of assets, providing support to property managers regarding all repairs and investment plans. **Your responsibilities:** Coordinate and supervise the daily activities of 2 technicians in managing their technical maintenance tasks. Be in charge of the maintenance service, ensuring all procedures, policies, and reporting formats are understood and implemented. Review work order report data and create and present performance and progress reports to management. Make suggestions to improve efficiency. Track regular and occasional facility expenses. Solve complex problems and identify appropriate approaches to existing solutions to achieve team objectives. Responsible for generating KPIs and associated maintenance plans. **Requirements**: Higher education in a related technical field. At least 1 year of experience in technical maintenance supervision. Strong leadership, self-management, and commitment skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. Intermediate English proficiency is a plus.
