Promote clear, approachable communication that respects diverse perspectives. · Your responsibilities will include: · EMERGENCIES: Responding to and resolving emergencies arising in the assigned region during working hours, and subsequently rotating on-call duties with the rest of the team for emergencies across all company stores outside working hours, on weekends, and holidays. Ensuring compliance with maintenance contracts. This entails: Monitoring and supervising contracted maintenance companies, alerting on breaches or undesired maintenance outcomes at retail locations. You must ensure compliance with the mandatory basic maintenance plan stipulated in the manual (preventive visits, PAT, air conditioning fine-tuning, up-to-date fire extinguishers). Minor Works (OMEI): Planning and coordination. This includes managing preliminary project development, feasibility/cost evolution, project development, correction and approval workflows by Retail. Track ongoing works until completion, ensuring proper execution. In all cases, resource optimization at minimal cost is pursued, while complying with brand standards set by Head Office and aligning with guidelines to enhance the efficiency of display and operational spaces. Air Conditioning: Ensure proper operation of equipment in assigned stores, maintaining records of service requests and tracking resolution status and associated expenses. Invoice Receipt, Control, and Processing: Receive invoices, verify CECO (cost center), and confirm task completion before releasing balances. Monthly review of service orders/maintenance compliance forms to detect observations, omissions, or non-compliance. Review material usage forms to authorize corresponding payments. Channel communications for the department: Coordinate and communicate monthly maintenance schedules; coordinate and communicate scheduled works; coordinate and communicate service surveys and other communications. Data Consolidation: Conduct site inspections and satisfaction surveys, maintain database entries, convert paper floor plans to AutoCAD and AutoCAD files to PDF. Consolidate reports submitted by preventive maintenance providers to forward them to other relevant departments within the company, e.g., Retail. · We value: Basic knowledge of Safety and Hygiene. Advanced expertise in construction area problem-solving (wet and dry construction, all types of roofing, sanitary and electrical installations, carpentry, painting, HVAC, metalwork).
