Responsibilities: Pedagogical Scriptwriting: Analyze procedural manuals and transform them into narrative scripts that synthesize critical information. Audiovisual Production: Perform screen recording of systems, voice-over recording, and video editing. Micro-learning Design: Create short-duration learning capsules (1–3 minutes). Learning Paths: Develop sequences and evaluative elements to validate knowledge and manage content on the platform. Content Updates: Review and edit existing videos when business processes change or software updates occur. Technical Competencies Required (Mandatory): Video Editing: Proficient use of tools such as Adobe Premiere, Camtasia, or DaVinci Resolve. Screen Capture and Simulation: Experience recording software interfaces (Camtasia, Loom, Snagit). Graphic Design: Basic knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva for creating visual resources. Learning Methodologies: Familiarity with models such as ADDIE or SAM to ensure content is genuinely educational. Voice-over: Proficiency with AI tools for voice generation. Education and Experience Requirements: Degree in Audiovisual Communication, Graphic Design, Education, Psychopedagogy, or related fields. Minimum 2 years of experience creating e-learning or corporate training content. Submission of a portfolio or reel of previous work is required. Soft Skills: Synthesis Ability: Skill in explaining complex processes simply and clearly. Attention to Detail: Excellent writing, spelling, visual pacing, and aesthetic consistency. Adaptability: Ability to work in dynamic environments. User Orientation: Empathy with call center agent profiles to create content truly useful for their roles.
