We are looking to add a Data Analyst / Pricing professional to our team who will lead pricing strategy and strengthen the competitiveness and profitability of our digital business. Job Mission: Define, implement, and optimize pricing and data analysis strategies across our digital channels, ensuring market-competitive positioning, maximizing margins, and contributing to the sustainable growth of the business. Responsibilities: Collect, structure, and analyze online sales, inventory, and customer behavior data. Monitor competitor prices, marketplace pricing, and online retail pricing. Analyze margins, demand elasticity, and inventory turnover. Develop reports, dashboards, and management KPIs using Power BI and other BI tools (Tableau, Looker). Implement dynamic pricing policies and strategic promotions. Build models and scenarios to assess impact on sales and profitability. Generate pricing KPI reports (gross margin, GMV, conversion rate, etc.). Automate data ingestion and cleansing processes from multiple sources (website, marketplaces, ERP). Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Procurement, Finance, and Logistics teams to align data and pricing strategies. Identify improvement opportunities, risks, and consumption patterns. Requirements: Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or related fields. Minimum 2 years of experience working with data and pricing in e-Commerce or Retail (commercial analytics, revenue management, category management). Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, complex formulas) and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker). Knowledge of applied statistics and price elasticity modeling. Experience with e-commerce platforms and marketplaces (Mercado Libre, Amazon, Shopify, VTEX). Strong analytical skills, critical thinking, and results orientation. Attention to detail, adaptability, and effective communication for cross-functional collaboration. Familiarity with Tango ERP system (preferred). What We Offer: Hybrid/remote work model.
