We are looking for a barista trained in latte art and filter brewing methods to join our team. We seek individuals passionate about coffee, service-oriented, detail-focused, and who enjoy delivering a high-quality experience to each customer.
Job Mission:
Deliver an exceptional coffee experience through proper beverage preparation, product knowledge, and warm, professional customer service—ensuring adherence to brand quality standards and smooth café bar operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare espresso and espresso-based beverages (cappuccinos, lattes, flat whites, etc.) with latte art
• Brew filter coffee using manual methods such as V60, Chemex, AeroPress, and French press.
• Create customized beverages according to customer preferences.
• Operate and maintain espresso machines, coffee grinders, and related equipment.
• Perform daily grinder and espresso machine calibration to ensure consistency in coffee quality.
• Greet and serve customers courteously and efficiently, advising them on various coffee options and menu items.
• Stay updated on coffee bean origins, roasting processes, and flavor profiles.
• Participate in coffee cuppings and internal training sessions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, equipment, and utensils, complying with food hygiene and safety standards.
• Monitor and replenish operational supplies (coffee, milk, syrups, etc.).
• Develop visually appealing beverage presentations, including latte art and creative offerings.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure agile and efficient service during shifts.
Requirements:
• Prior barista or specialty café experience (preferred).
• Knowledge of espresso preparation and filter brewing methods.
• Excellent customer interaction skills and service orientation.
• Organization, responsibility, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively and thrive in dynamic environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in specialty cafés or high-volume bars.
• Training or certification in latte art and filter brewing methods.
• Interest in continuous learning about coffee and brewing processes.

Work Schedule: 7 hours per day, 1 weekly day off
Work Location: CABA or Martínez
Work Mode: In-person
Shifts: Morning shift 7 a.m.–2 p.m. / Afternoon shift 2–9 p.m.
