We seek an agile, solution-oriented, and communicative profile to manage orders, coordinate with logistics, and respond to foodservice and individual customers. Key responsibilities include handling inquiries via WhatsApp and CRM, order tracking, complaint resolution, and administrative support (order control, invoicing, and system data entry). The role also entails monitoring departmental KPIs and identifying opportunities to improve customer service. CRM proficiency is required (mandatory). Experience in customer service—especially in call centers, gastronomy, or the food industry—is highly valued. We are targeting candidates aged 25 to 35, regardless of gender.
