Job Summary: We are seeking a technical professional for a key role in quality control and assurance on large-scale projects, working cross-functionally with engineering, production, and construction departments in highly technically demanding environments. We are currently seeking a technical professional to join large-scale projects, with a focus on ensuring compliance with standards, regulations, and specifications across all execution phases. The position will play a key role in quality control and assurance, collaborating cross-functionally with engineering, production, and construction departments in highly technically demanding environments; and requires availability and ability to work onsite at 9 de Abril, Esteban Echeverria. The role involves planning and supervising required inspection and testing activities to ensure compliance with quality plans, certified standards, technical specifications, and contractual requirements established by each project's clients. Experience: - Minimum 5 years in Quality roles within the metallurgical industry, industrial construction, or fabrication of metal structures. - Experience in inspection of fabricated components and welded structures. - Experience with ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems. - Proficiency in Inspection and Test Plans (ITP/PIE). - Experience coordinating NDT/quality testing. - Solid knowledge of GTAW, SMAW, and SAW welding processes. - Tracking and management of WPS, PQR, and WPQ documentation. - Experience in inspection of surface treatments and painting will be valued. Education: - Mechanical/Electromechanical/Metallurgical Technician or Engineer (Mechanical, Industrial, or related field) - Certified Welding Inspector Level II or higher (mandatory). - Training as Internal Auditor for ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems. - Knowledge of ISO 9000 family quality standards. - Knowledge of technical standards applicable to fabrication and welding (AWS/ASME, API/ASTM preferred). - Proficiency in computer tools / Office software packages. - Intermediate English. - Immediate availability *Location: 9 de Abril, Southern Greater Buenos Aires (GBA Sur). *Work Mode: 100% Onsite. *Targeted gross remuneration. . -Requirements- Minimum Education: Tertiary 5 years of experience Languages: English Age: 30 years or older Skills: AWS, ISO 9001, Electric Arc Welding, MIG Welding, Quality Control Analysis, Leveling Willingness to relocate: Yes Keywords: resident, supervisor, team leader, assistant manager, manager, coordinator, officer, captain, quality, qa
