Description
Position Summary:
We are seeking an Electrical/Electromechanical Engineer with experience in MV/HV substations to plan, control, and manage projects, lead teams, and ensure compliance with deadlines and safety standards.

Main Responsibilities:
Plan, control, and comprehensively monitor the project, meeting established deadlines
Manage and administer assigned resources: subcontractors, personnel, materials, machinery, and equipment
Coordinate with the client's inspection team regarding task execution, addressing their requirements and inquiries
Ensure that all work is carried out within established safety parameters
Manage the technical documentation required for all project stages: client requests, schedules, surveys, design drawings, CAD drawings
Specify material procurement, equipment requirements, and staffing needs, submitting relevant information to the Project Administrator in a timely manner
Manage legal documentation required by the Client and/or Regulatory Authority
Address union requirements
Requirements:
- Graduate Electrical/Electromechanical Engineer or advanced student who enjoys working on-site.
- Experience in MV/HV substations
- Proficiency in Excel, AutoCAD, Project—or similar schedule management software
- Experience leading work teams, with strong organizational skills and autonomy
- Valid driver's license
Monday to Friday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturdays as required by project needs
Permanent employment contract
Depending on the project, a company-provided vehicle will be available.
