Manage costs and coordinate material logistics A reputable construction and industrial installation company with over 20 years of experience seeks to hire: ELECTROMECHANICAL INSTALLATION CONSTRUCTION MANAGER Job Duties: - Organize and coordinate ongoing projects carried out by contractors at industrial facilities. - Schedule and plan specialty activities to ensure adherence to the established work plan. - Define and implement supervision methods enabling timely correction of deviations, thereby ensuring achievement of planned results. - Supervise compliance with the quality plan as well as safety regulations, to guarantee deliverables meeting client requirements while safeguarding personnel and assets. - Know and apply procedures of the Integrated Management System. - Maintain proactive behaviors regarding safety and quality. - Supervise work crews. - Coordinate with procurement and logistics departments regarding material and tool forecasting. - Design and execute CAD drawings. - Manage costs according to budget. Requirements: - Experience as a Project Supervisor. - Proficiency in AutoCAD. - Ability to interpret drawings. - Material takeoff, site surveying, and budgeting. - Project planning and execution. - Strong communication skills and initiative. - Teamwork capability.
