We are seeking a Construction Manager to oversee construction projects, managing budgets, progress, materials, contractors, and logistics.

CONSTRUCTION SITE IN DONTORCUATO. POSITION: CONSTRUCTION MANAGER. FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Address inquiries raised by team members. Site surveying. Budgetary control during and after construction. Deviation analysis. Preparation of construction progress reports. Monitoring of additional works during the construction warranty period. Development of work schedules and task assignments. Preparation of material and labor procurement requests. Construction site supervision and logistics. Physical control of materials and construction progress. Work certification. Contractor oversight. EXCLUSIVE REQUIREMENTS - Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions. - Must reside in the vicinity of the construction site. - Requirements: Minimum education level: Tertiary
