G4S An Allied Universal Company, a world leader in the design and operation of integrated security solutions with a global presence and over 50 years of local experience, is seeking a Security Coordinator to join a key assignment located in the microcenter of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires. Job Objective and Responsibilities: The Coordinator will be responsible for leading operations, managing teams, and ensuring real-time risk mitigation through the following functions: Incident Management: Detect, prioritize, and respond daily to risks affecting personnel, assets, and operations. Real-Time Monitoring: Analyze information from internal and external sources to anticipate and mitigate threats. Reporting and Communication: Draft reports, track cases to final resolution, and notify leaders via the organization’s internal communication channels. Critical Escalation: Identify and promptly and efficiently report high-impact incidents. Key (Mandatory) Requirements: Proven Experience: Strong professional background in security, with leadership and operational team management roles. Customer Focus: Direct experience engaging with and managing high-level customers or stakeholders. Languages: Advanced proficiency in Spanish and English (spoken and written), with strong ability to present complex information clearly, concisely, and authoritatively to diverse audiences. Professional Profile and Soft Skills: Autonomy, proactivity, strong sense of urgency, and excellent organizational skills for handling multiple tasks in dynamic environments under tight deadlines. Ethics and Discretion: Highest commitment to confidentiality when handling sensitive corporate matters. Tools: Proficient use of Microsoft Office suite and data management applications. Availability: Flexible working hours to respond to calls or emergency requests outside regular working hours (on-call). Desirable Requirements: University degree or equivalent training from military, police, or security operations centers (SOCs). Proficiency in Portuguese. Knowledge of Geographic Information Systems (GIS), geospatial mapping platforms, or GIS tools (e.g., ESRI). Proven prior experience in crisis management, business resilience, intelligence reporting, and a strong interest in geopolitical topics.
